2019 Masters Swimming is Here!

Hey Folks we just started classes again here at Frostburg State University, which means we'll soon have another season of Masters Swimming!

All practices will be held at the Bobcat Natatorium at Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD. We have a six-lane, 25-yard pool that can be converted to a six-lane 25-meter pool. We will do a combination of yards and meters practices.

We are an adult swimming program for anyone 18 and over of any swimming ability. Our members are training for triathlons, gaining confidence in their competitive swimming, learning competitive swimming, or training for Masters meets across the country. We encourage members to become US Masters Swimming members in order to participate in meets and count for our roster!

We will offer two five week sessions this Fall:

Session I: September 30 - November 1
Session II: November 4 - December 14 (off Thanksgiving Week)

Masters Winter Classic Meet: Sunday December 15

TIME:

6:00 am - 7:30 am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

COST:

$75 per session
$130 discounted rate for both sessions 1 and 2

PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH SESSION

Hey Folks, here are the results for our 2019 Winter SCM Classic Meet! It was a great experience for everyone and a lot of fast times! With that, our Fall 2019 Session is over. 1st Annual Frostburg State University Masters Sprint Classic

If you are not familiar with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) it was founded in 1970 and supports more than 1,000 adult swim programs across the United States with more 50,000 individual members ranging in age from 18 to over 100.   On the local level, most USMS swim programs offer structured practices and training assistance from trained swim coaches. Pool and open-water races provide opportunities to compete and measure individual progress at the local, state, national and international levels. USMS programs also offer stroke and technique clinics, workshops, instruction, and social functions, USMS programs draw people from all walks of life and provide their members with a community that offers active suppor
